I just received my chair and I LOVE IT!
It was very easy to assemble
The entire rope is pre-assembled.
Install the wheels then place the hydraulic bar into the base put the fully assembled top portion
on then install the armrests
it looks amazing like a work of art
Initially being so excited and in a hurry to put it together
I had a little trouble putting the arms on because the seat is big and heavy so I accidentally gave it a tiny “Birthmark” on the side of the seat
no biggie
I would just advise anyone buying this to put the seat on the post before putting the arms on
It would make it so much easier
This chair has a very sturdy metal base that has a nice black matte finish plus
This is a comfortable chair and I love the tilt!
The mesh back is comfortable as well as the seat itself.
It has a QR code on the instructions so you can easily order parts. One of the knobs was damaged during shipping so I ordered a new one within 5 minutes!
Regardless of the initial growing pains this is a great chair; and OfficeTailor was really quick with the shipping! I ordered it Friday got it on Sunday

Update: It has now been almost a month since I purchased this chair and I have to say that it has exceeded all expectations I have had with this chair
Which were already set high just by the design itself
This chair is extremely durable and well built
The tilt is smooth and effortless and has a nice smooth bumper when it reaches its limit
This rarely happens
you get used to it’s motion because the angle feels natural.
The mesh seat and backrest are soft and strong at the same time
It adjusts perfectly to your back almost immediately
After almost a month using this chair
It feels like I am sitting on a cloud I keep the tilt at its lowest setting. Almost zero tension is perfect.
I found a perfect “setup” ({Height}+[Tilt Tension]
For myself fairly quickly.
The Armrests are a perfect combination of heavy steel and strong; solid polycarbonate plastic
My fiancée has a “Steelcase Amia”
That lumbar with a stiff back/stiff seat is overrated
Plus the tilt is unnatural and ends with a stiff jerk
Just look at this piece of “Art”...it’s an egg. Lol
I purchased a set of rollerblade wheels to protect my hard “Woodyvinyl” floor it was a conscious but tough decision because the original wheels which I still have are very smooth and really well made
It took a while to find the perfect set to match such a beautiful looking chair
I love this chair more and more everyday!
